How many christians drown every year due to trying to walk on water like jesus?

Don't quit your day job.

Not enough. 

End of story. 

The ones who drowned were the ones who were not strong enough in their faith. The number is very high, but the church keeps the statistics secret

I think one died a few years back. I heard about a black pastor in Africa that was going to show his congregation that he could walk on water - he got eaten by alligators - true story.

The practice is done on baby pools.

I hear the number is 42 in the USA.  Mostly in the Bible Belt.
