what is meant when it is said, "there are no pure races."?

The is only one race, the human race.

According to ancestry dot com, I am 1% African. I think that phrase means that you are, too. 

there are no races, there are species that can interbreed.

Also, the purest ones live in the mountains in Appalachia.

Someone is saying we're all poi dogs, mixed, kapakahi.I don't think this is true, either. There are tons of Indian's, Chinese, Japanese, ok...Asians in general that haven't mixed. The vast majority of Europe and the U.S.? We're all poi dogs.
