they MIGHT do, but it could cause a choking hazard for the little fellas so best not to try!!! 

I only feed my squirrel healthy nuts

Leave some marshmallows in the park and find out :) Although it depends on the size of the marshmallow, a squirrel probably won't eat one that's too big to fit into its mouth.
