    energy K = 1/2 m v’2 , where “v” is the speed of the object

    hence v = sq.root ( 2K / m ) = sq.root ( 2x260 / 15.5 ) = 5.79 m/sec.

    E = ½mv² rearranged gives v = √(2E/m)

    v = √(2*260/15.5) = 5.79m/s
