Yes and no. There are some herbs that have medicinal qualities. For example, saw palmetto has been shown to help men with prostate issues. And there are herbs that help women with hormal issues. But there is also a lot of misunderstood and overly inflated claims out there as well. You should do your homework when going down this road of healthcare.

Yes, it's real. Whether it's actually curative, that depends on what it is. Some is; some isn't.
