Get a moving van and drive because you'll still need to transport all of your furniture and whatnot unless you don't have much and can sell what you have and put your items in storage or leave them with friends or family until you can arrange to get them again. Make a list of all the pros and cons of both and choose after that.

Sell most of it and buy new stuff when you get there. Cheaper that way.

You go light! You can choose to drive, or pay someone else to do it for you and fly. Leave most of your stuff behind, you won't regret it and it can all be replaced. Donate it.

You hire a mover with a truck to transport your stuff across the country. That's how it works, unless you can fit all your furniture and belongings into the trunk of your car. Can you? I understand this is your first time moving, but do you really think you can transport the contents of a house in the baggage compartment of an airplane???
