How fast is the Universe expanding according to the Bible?

The Bible doesn't deal with cosmology.

It isn't. Something that is infinite cannot expand. The only thing that expands is how much of the universe we can identify.

God does not say how fast the universe is expanding, just that he is stretching it out.

I suggest you read up on cosmology if you want an answer to that.  Learning about science from the bible is a misuse of the bible.

It doesn't give any exact measurements.

The dome has expanded by about 1%in the last 6,000 years .

 It's due to all the atomic material within the dome .

 Every new baby creates more pressure not to mention all the water that seeped 

the dome during the flood  It's not due to  cows farting because cows actually belch 

methane .

 The dome can withstand 5,000 PSI so no worries and  back off the cows 

Why believe the crap in THAT book? It says the earth sits upon pillars and the sun goes around the earth! For fux sake, wake up.

The Bible only says that God stretches out the heavens

... not how fast.

According to the Bible, there is no universe, just a flat earth fixed on pillars with a vaulted dome overhead. The dome is where the stars are fixed.
