Can you make glow in the dark fog/mist without lasers?
I am looking to do a cosplay of Mysterio from Spider-Man: Far From Home, but I would rather not use CGI to achieve the fog effects that were shown in the film if possible. I know the real world has limited resources which sucks, but not all of us are Jake Gyllenhaal with a fishbowl on our heads, so if someone has any ideas that ISN'T a troll, I'd appreciate your help.

If you have a disco-style smoke generator, you can add the kind of dye used in paintballs to make colored fog.
Of course, you run the risk of staining the clothing of anyone the mist touches, but that's why paintball dye is a good choice. As it's specifically chosen because it washes out.
