How do I get this black mold/fungus off an old car?

It's really stuck and I've tried scrubbing it so many times, but soap just won't do

    Try Clorox bleach if it's on the surface of the paint it'll take it right away if this is a vehicle that has a clear coat and the mold is between the clear coat and the paint nothing will help
