Can the new COVID-19 become immune to certain medications and measures?

We are told to wash our hand frequently and take medications that slow down the symptoms.  However, is it possible for the new disease to mutate into immunity of washing our hands and taking certain medications.?

Washing hands correctly physically removes virtually all viruses. They cannot become immune to the mechanical removal.

The medications simply mask symptoms they do nm ot interact with the virus so again the virus will not mutate because of this.

Washing your hands will remove (most of) the virus from your hands, washing won't affect the virus in any other way.  No virus is going to develop immunity to soap and water.
