Are you one to notice a "Loophole" in any rules/laws, and then exploit it to your advantage?

Gaining the necessary resources to improve one's life is part of life and it is competitive with other people doing the same thing. To maximise that return one works smarter and/or harder than others competing for the same resources. Working smarter is frequently identified as unfairly exploiting "loopholes". The implication that working as smart as possible is somehow unethical is generally advanced by people without the education or understanding to maximize their own gains. They frequently belong to the "college isn't for everybody" club and tend to blame the world for their inability to compete at high levels.

No.  I don't have the time to notice "loopholes."
