Any auto parts store will have a book that shows the proper replacement bulb for your car, and you can probably find the same information in the owner's manual that came with your car. Try READING IT!

I'd just go to Advance Auto and have them look it up and buy it there. Kind of dumb asking for guesses from people you don't even know jojo.

Pull the old one out, first. The number will be on the side of that bulb. Can't go wrong, that way.

Check your manual.

The "size" isn't the term you should be looking for. It is generally called the bulb 'size' but it's actually the connector type you need to figure out and shop for. The connector type number is printed on the connector it self. Remove the bulb and look where it plugs in. If you don't know how to get them out to look and get the number open the hood and look at the back of the headlight assembly, you'll see where the wires goe in, there may be a separate set of wires for each bulb so be sure you have the right one by turning the headlights on and seeing if it's the inside or outside bulb that needs replaced. The low beam is usually the outside bulb. The wire is a plug that you either have to press a clip down with your thumb or pull a clip up (flat head screw driver helps but be gentle!) to unplug it then give the bulb 1/4 turn counter-clockwise to get it out. To put the new bulb back in is a 1/4 turn clockwise.
The exact model of car for that Audi is needed to be known to give you the right answer as to what bulb it is. There's several different models of 2016 A4 Audi's. They don't all use the same bulbs. If you're looking to replace the bulbs with LEDs look for LED kits that adapt to that connector type. I suggest against getting LEDs. While they do provide better vision for the driver they blind everyone else. Especially if the head lights aren't properly aimed. That's why some LEDs are illegal in some areas, they can (do, actually - they're annoying) blind other drivers including the driver you're following and that can cause an accident.Note: Do not touch the glass of halogen bulbs with your fingers or hands. The oils in your skin will cause them to blow out and have a very short life. Only handle halogens (the ones with glass) by the connector. Wear gloves or use a very clean rag to handle them with if you want to insure your hand oils don't damage them. You can finger up LEDs all you want it won't hurt them.
