The reason women are probably disgusted by you is because of the fact that you say yourself that you're good looking. That's being conceited. Being conceited is not attractive it causes people to not like and avoid you. Confidence is good but you seem to be over confident. Queers like that because it makes you easy for them. All they have to do is play in to your selfish ego and act like they agree with you when you're telling everyone how great and good looking you are even if they really don't agree. 

If go around telling people how great you are...you're not! It is disgusting and the reason people who aren't trying to take advantage of you are disgusted and avoid you.
