There was an order to abort checks thousend times cause the checks were never coming through the post office argentina they say oca had a trial I was afraid someone else would fake my identity suddenly I go zquizophrenia and go to the hospital for the money goes to somebody else

Wrap it address it and take it to a Post Office and they will tell you the rates.

At this time flights are reduced and there is not as much room for mail on the planes. A month for delivery would be NORMAL at this time.
They have had mail service between countries for over 100 years.
