Why haven't the McCann's or their friends took lie detectors?
I'm sorry if I get a backlash,but if that was my child I'd do all I could to cooperate,they've had 2 million or more in funding but never took a lie detector why?

They're too unreliable to be worthwhile and not legally admissable as evidence, at least in the UK.

Lie detectors are unreliable. Psychopaths in particular have been known to pass them. Generally they prefer not to give them than risk a false negative that would have to be explained to a jury.
