How to completely ignore neighbor, who lied.?

I wear sunglasses at all hours.  I wish no contact with this neighbor whatsover.  It became a Settlement issue with my insurance company.  Because she was such a banshee about what three estimators and one police said DID NOT happen.  I am so repulsed, I don't wish to make any contact with her, ever, again.  She lives right across from me.  What would you advise?  Serious question, please.
