Magic: The Gathering card: Using Evra Halcyon Witness?

A question on using Evra: Halcyon Witness:

“TAP 4: Exchange your life total with Evra: Halcyon Witness’s Power.”

My question is: Does it resolve after the round is over, and everything goes back as it was?

Or does it STAY like that?

If it DOES… Would I have to TAP 4 again to switch back?

'resolve after the round is over' is kinda weird wording (and M:tG kinda relies on precise terminology) so I'll try to be as clear as possible.

Your life total and Evra, Halcyon Witness' Power are switched on resolution of the ability, and the switch is permanent, it does not wear off at the end of the turn, nor during a specific point in that game. Yes you can play the ability a second time to switch the two around again. No the ability does not last after the game/round finishes, you wouldn't go into the second game of a match with the totals still swapped, it would be reset.
