Can someone please explain this $2 trillion coronavirus stimulus bill?

Who will get one? I been working as caregiver for 4 years and I don’t make much. I still have my job. Could people that hasn’t worked in years and  made no income still get one?

The way I understand the bill, that caregiver would get a check if he or she filed their federal income tax return for 2019 or 2018. In cases where the person was not required to file, i.e., due to a very low income, there's a "relief" provision, targeted for veterans and even homeless people, but the details of that are still blurry.

I don't think people who didn't file a tax return in 2018 or who aren't receiving social security retirement benefits will receive the stimulus. If you filed a tax return in 2018, you'll probably receive a check.

I hope that helps. You can also try googling this for info
