who said “You know you’re in love when you can’t fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.”?

I lost the differentiation between reality and dreams for the most part long ago. I don't know who said it. I believe and have lived for a long time realizing that we are really just creating dreams or nightmares here for ourselves no matter what we do. It's much easier to create dreams when you're aware that you do have a lot of power. We control ourselves, that is our main power. If you can discipline the mind, so that  you are in control of it, rather than it being in control of you and just becoming a mostly reactive being, then you truly have the dreaming power to create a beautiful and joyful life. MIndfullness basically as some Eastern traditions call it. Through this practice anyone can achieve mastery of the mind in time.
