Not I, oh well, seems to be how it has always worked, just outside of the range for these types of things.

1. People who are citizens or green card holders and who have social security numbers.

2. People who receive social security.

3. People who made enough money to file a tax return in 2019 or 2020

4. People who make less than $100,000 last year or this year.
