What’s more important for fishing: the location or the bait?

Please only pick ONE of the two. Thanks

That is a tough question.  Without the right bait location would not matter and without

the right location bait would not matter.  If I had to only pick one it would have to

    be location.

Location. A bait cannot work if there are no fish under water.

Pick a clean river so you can see the fish

Location. You cant just put your fishing rod into a pond and expect something to bite.
