If your having a hard time with money right now is there help to see your kid?

Child support and visitation are TWO SEPARATE ISSUES.  One does not depend on the other.

If you are talking about a financial hardship because of this coronavirus and you're not able to pay your child support, then you need to notify whoever it is who collects it.

Is it through the courts? If so, then call to talk with your caseworker. If it's directly with the other parent, then have a talk with them.

As far as seeing your child goes, if you don't live in the same household, it's probably a good idea to communicate with the child over the phone or something. Right now, social distancing is required even in families who live apart. It's for their protection as well as your own.

Your kids should be in the same house, unless if they are at college.  Even college kids are home right now.  But no, I don't think anyone is providing transportation since its the movement of people that is spreading this virus.
