There is something you are meant to do in life, people you are meant to meet, someone you are meant to love (if you have yet to find that person). The first step in reaching your potential is by taking care of yourself.
Take if from someone who knows, taking care of others while not taking care of yourself is never good for anyone in the long run.

Do what you CAN to improve things and take precautions ... you do not need to worry about things you CAN change.
And for those things that you CANNOT change, all the worry in the world will NOT affect those. All you do is make yourself miserable. Face those worries, and deliberately relax about them.
Happiness arises out of the emotional habits we have, and we create those by what we choose to focus on and what we tell ourselves. Same thing with misery. Every time you say "I'm just miserable", you are programming your subconscious to feel that way .. so stop that please. You have to CHOOSE happiness .. right now you are choosing to feed your misery.
Make yourself take a bath .. it is a self-caring thing to do. Not only does it perk up your body, you are feeding your subconscious information that you DO care about taking care of yourself.
SERENITY PRAYER;
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
enjoying one moment at a time;
accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
forever in the next.
Amen.
