Question about the United States coronavirus stimulus check?

Hi guys, so I filed my taxes for 2018 last year, and in 2018 I was written off as a dependent on my parents taxes. However, I haven’t filed for 2019 yet. In 2019 I was not a dependent, my question is will I be eligible to receive the stimulus check if I haven’t filed my taxes for 2019 when I was not a dependent? Or will they look back to 2018 and think I am ineligible because of being written off then? Any help or information is appreciated. Also, a phone number I could call for information would be extremely helpful. Thank you.
