Since you are able to sit here and post this note and have been sick for at least a week - I'm going to say "congratulations". It appears that your body is fending off the illness and most likely developing immunity. That's a pretty good place to be.
Unless you are experiencing breathing problems, there is no reason to see a doctor. They aren't going to do anything. Your body fights it off on it's own.
- take tylenol to keep the fever down if you are experiencing one
- make sure you are staying hydrated if you have a fever. My friends who are assumed to have it but have not been tested, say their fever lasted over 2 weeks although it became low grade fairly quickly.
In California, you are required to:
- self quarantine for 3 days after the fever passes or 7 days whichever is longer
- it's strongly suggested to tell people that you have been in close contact with
- if you are one of those people who hasn't been paying attention to the safer at home guidelines PLEASE tell your community to stop. Newsom announced that we may be flattening the curve = WE WANT TO GET THERE.
- This does not mean for people who are not sick need to hide at home. We are allowed to go out. It means we have to stay 6ft apart, wash your hands, don't touch your face.... unless they are isolation buddies.
If you don't already have it, you might want to buy a grubhub subscription. Your neighbors will help you get things for you if you need them to, just ask online and they can drop it at your door.

Just because you tested positive doesn't mean you'll develop the virus. There are such things as false positives, but I"m not suggesting this is the case with you. Are you experiencing any symptoms since being tested??? April 2 was some 18 days ago,& if you're not experiencing symptoms you may not be INFECTED.

Isolate yourself. If you develop more symptoms call 911 so they can help you.
(Revelation 21:4) "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

Shelter in your home. Stay away from everyone. Let no one in. If you develop trouble breathing call 911 immediately. The lack of health insurance should not keep you from seeking help to get to the hospital. Call 911 only if you can't breathe.
Dump the advice about taking supplements, baths and other 'home' remedies. If you tested positive NONE of those things are going to help you get better any faster--some things might make you more comfortable, but they will NOT KILL THE VIRUS.
You should keep eating as much as you can stand to eat, take Tylenol for the fever, and stay CLEAN. Don't overwork yourself. Don't ask for help cleaning your home. Take care of yourself the best you can.

Stay home and relax in bed. Take zinc and ionic potassium supplements. Most people with coronavirus are low in potassium due to the virus messing with their electrolytes. Also take Epsom salt baths if you can. Also drink coconut water and eat apples and bannanas and other healthy food. If you have serious trouble breathing go to hospital. Otherwise isolate at home. Keep your fever from getting too high (if you have one) but remember that fever is partly how the body heals itself

You have to quarantine yourself, this is not a big deal, because most infected persons are fit n fine now. Just follow the Doctor's orders, he can only help you in it. It does not matter you have health insurance or not, firstly just try to save yourself. Hope you will get well soon.

Isolate at home
Stay hydratated
Rest as much as you can
Take paracetamol/tempra if you have fever
Try to eat a healthy diet.
Only go to the ER if you start having problems to breathe.

Call your health department & ask.
If your symptoms are no more serious than a bad cold I believe you can treat it like a cold, drink lots of fluids, rest & avoid human contact. But if you feel like you cannot breaths, take in air, than call a clinic or hospital & request treatment

Quarantine your self, don't go out or have people over. Look into getting health insurance and call your doctor, may be they have a natural remedy that can ease the symptoms. When you feel better, do a lot of cleaning.

Isolate at home for 2 weeks. Take care of yourself just like any other flu. If you develop difficulty breathing get to ER.
