Blacks that are successful, do you feel the system was harder for you to overcome?

One thing people may not know if you're not a minority is there's a thing called tax credits. Businesses save money by hiring minorities. You'll often get pushed to the front of the line for jobs and notice they're building a collection. There's a cripple, a lady, a beaner, etc. You have an advantage as a minority.

That said you have just as much opportunity as anyone else. Case in point I once saw some black boys on the bus having just bought $100 sneakers from the mall talking about how they are being oppressed.

A big mistake black men make is thinking they are being asked to change or "act white" to just get a simple job. Guess what, the white boy next in line for the interview had to stop jacking off, learn to shake a hand and write a resume too. Being "unapologetically black" is interchangeable with being a non-human animal. Some of us choose to remain children in the mistaken righteousness that blacks are children. We are just being ourselves.

And no,it was not hard for me to learn to properly shake a hand and behave like a grown man or any color. Didn't MLK say "...by the content of his character?" We'll no, unlike some of my brothers my character is not performing in a Minstrel show.
