Exodus 20:5 and Deuteronomy5:19 both of which says you must not steal. the principal here is to avoid desiring anything that belongs to your fellowman (Exodus 20:17) and under the Mosaic law thieves were required to pay back stolen goods with interest
(Leviticus 6:4,5) a fifth which is 20%
