I'm on perm. SS disability. Single. All else meets the criteria. I took out over 99G unearned IRA $$. Will I get the 1200.00 stimulus check?

    No What you took out of the IRA is "income" and will put you over the limit.

    You will not get a stimulus check, as you are over the $99K AGI limit.

    IRA withdrawals are considered earned, but few people know for sure about any special case. Depends what adjusted gross income showed in 2019 tax filing.

    The cutoff goes by AGI (Adjusted Gross Income) and not just earned income.
