I should see my name but 
I see my younger brother's name
we came to United State same day and received Social Security number together our first 7 SSN is same just last two number is different and I think this is making confusion and mess
I can't update my bank information in order to receive Economic Impact payment
as I checked with social security they have correct information 
I have been having this issue for over 25

Why didn't you fix this issue TWENTY-FIVE years ago?  Now is a fine time to decide that you want to fix it.  I guess you are just going to have to wait until you can go into the office and talk to a human about it.

The IRS got the name from the last tax return filed. Check your records and if this is the case, send a letter to the IRS explaining the situation. Unfortunately, it may take months to resolve.

Are you sure it's really your number?  Maybe you've gotten confused and it's his number?  Ask him to enter the number that you think is his number and see if it comes up with your name or his.

Anyway, you don't need to update your bank information in order to receive Economic Impact payment.  If they don't have bank information, then they'll just send a paper check in the mail.  It will take longer, but you'll still get your money.
