Is honors college worth it for nursing school or should I just focus on studying?

There are benefits to the program like priority class registration and honors college advisors, but I'm not too into doing too much extra work or a senior thesis.

You can drop out of the honors program at my university at any time.  We actually have a number of students who enter it for the benefits and then drop out before things like advanced honors seminars and senior projects.

I don't know about the honors college at the school you are looking at, but the few that I am aware about have no extra work the first couple years, really only benefits. And if it doesn't work for you, can can drop out of the honors college before any senior project for the honors college.

If you are at a school where you have to apply to the nursing program your sophomore year (i.e. not a direct entry program) being in the honors college may get you an advantage.

You should just focus on studying. Once you enter a nursing program, you will be registered in your nursing courses every semester automatically.

If you are "not into doing too much extra work," then you need to rethink nursing school as that is extremely demanding. Not to mention how competitive nursing school admissions have become.
