No until the problem of it spreading through our aged communities is addressed   the death figures will remain high . People are contracting it there not out here in the community.  We are seriously underperforming in the discipline needed to keep residents safe from infection the will and effort is ther but support is woeful . There was a better government when the Roman's came 

It will not be before then. The government will be watching what happens in other European countries; Singapore is experiencing new outbreaks as it tries to get out and is locking down again.
