Buy a stack of cheap face cloths and plan to do a lot of washing.  No different really from pre-disposable diaper days.

Ask some of the nearby restaurants if they can get you some through their suppliers.  We are told to stay home, yet supplies are sold out online.  One has to try to catch a delivery truck at the store, sometimes waiting in lines outside to even get in. This is counterproductive to staying home.  Supplies are not being sent from overseas factories as they are keeping the supplies for themselves.  Something has got to change.
