On the car? If you take the idea of "car" very generously, then https://www.worldsolarchallenge.org/
Off the car? Still problematic. The PV array on my home can, on a good day, provide enough energy to recharge a small car. Problem is - you can't drive the car on that day. Add another stage of battery storage in the chain (i.e. PV array charges the house battery during the day, the house battery charges the EV at night), and you'll realistically need at least two days to recharge one of the usual E-SUVs.
Third option then: buy solar power from your electricity provider (those tarrifs exist at least over here) and then charge the car through your wallbox.
