    Yes, if she is blind, so she won't gather all the Easter Candies.

    Yes they can but Easter was cancelled this year due to COVID-19

    Easter should be over. If you are referring to when you were 17 then you were allowed then I am sure a group of teens can keep participating until the age doesn't end in teen.
