Are you talking about 1 year target price of $1,800? I wouldnt take anything on that front page about any forecasts seriously. Maybe the performance outlook you can. They want to sell us all their premium stock service. Unless you have that paid for, dont pay much mind to forecasts on that front page. Just know that BABA will probably rise. Just not about 9 times what it is now.

For every article out there that arouses your interest, you've got to dig deeper. A lot of the articles don't do a good enough job of researching stocks on a case to case basis.
