Make sure you've had dinner the night before and not over eat. The more you eat the more your body wants. Have some fruit before bed or a peanut butter sandwich.

You can't really prevent that everyone wakes up hungry. When you eat your first meal of the day break fast that's when you break your fast. That's why it's called break fast. Just eat when you wake up.

Instead of sleeping all night, take several naps during the day, eating before each nap.

Eat enough during the day to fulfill your caloric needs. You can use this calculator to help you determine what your calorie intake should be https://www.freedieting.com/calorie-calculator and also consider that protein, fiber, and fats help satisfy your body longer than carbs, so if you eat a lot of carbs, pair them with protein or a healthy fat, to help keep you from getting hungry again so soon. ALSO realize that it's common for people to mistake thirst for hunger, so keep a tall glass of water (or other non-caffeinated beverage) by your bed so if you wake up hungry, drink a full glass of water and then see if you're still hungry or not.
