what is this plant disease? i have a nectarine tree growing in my back yard and red bumps have begun to grow on it. some are not red.?

    It is "good bye tree".  It is useless to spray fungicides on fruit trees.  The only solution is to plant a variety that is resistant to the disease.   You cannot grow all fruit trees in all places.
