Do you think it is possible for scientists to create a vaccine that will in effect disinfect any virus that enters the human body?

    Why are you suggesting people put disinfectant into there bodies ? You should be reported to the press so they can draw and quarter you in the realm of public opinion . You are disgusting to tell people to do that . As Greta would say " how dare you "

    There are at least two research lines that I've seen out there that are looking at general virus cures.

    A virus isn't really alive. It's just a DNA payload with a protein shell that tricks your own body into making copies. Both lines disrupt the way it tricks you into make more of it.

    Both are showing promise enough that I think they get there. It's probably 5-10 years off.

    Theoretically,  it's possible to create an environment that will "disinfect" a virus BEFORE it enters the human body.

    Vaccines don't "disinfect".
