Are the videos released by the US Navy proof of extraterrestrials visiting Earth?
If so where do you think they may be from?
If not what could they be?

That first one kind of looks like a blowfly crawling on the screen.
I think the Navy has released these videos because they don't think for one second that the blurry blobs are space aliens and they want to show the public that there is nothing to hide.

IIE mean NO at Japan. Some scientists prove interstellar travel is juvenile fiction. Look at Lorentz Equations. Also consider that excessive acceleration kill life forms. All of this and more show UFOs cannot possibly be ETs' spaceships. Another question mention that one is seagull. All are surely normal things that look weird at sky.

No, far from it. We'd need better evidence than a bunch of blurry blobs on a screen. You'd think after so many decades and with advances in photography someone would have taken a definitive photo by now.

Not in my opinion. What the videos are, is proof of UFOs and we already knew they are real. What they are is the question and I doubt there's a one size fits all explanation. Personally, I consider visitors from another planet far down on the list of explanations. There are far more likely explanations than extraterrestrial.
