Jury found me not guilty.   How difficult is it to get "factually innocent" ?  People lied.?

Factual innocence means that you are innocent of the crime that you were arrested for committing. When you are arrested for a crime that you did not commit you can petition the court to have your record sealed and destroyed.....and while you are about to spend more money on legal cost, you should sue those who lied for your lose...time, wages, charactor etc

It is legally IMPOSSIBLE to receive a verdict including the word 'innocent'.

There is NO SUCH legal concept.

Have your attorney file a factual innocence motion and get a ruling in your favor.

Your attorney can petition the Court for the change which will probably be denied.

It is almost impossible to find someone innocent, unless the accusers admit they lied. You claim you have proof but didn't say what the proof was.

It would be much easier and cheaper to have the record expunged. The result would be the same.

Civil lawsuit to collect damages might help on that. It is out of a criminal court's hands unless the prosecutors can bring charges of perjury (lying while under oath).

Well, you know you can originate a civil lawsuit against (almost) anyone for any reason.  Ask your lawyer.
