What is the best protectant (bubble wrap, peanuts, paper, etc.) to use in a box to prevent a product to damage during shipment?

I've had good success with popcorn (the popped, not the unpopped variety).

Neither use a synthetic white foam like

Sheet. I have received stuff wrapped in

It but don't know exactly where you get

It from. It's less weight than most other

Things and easier to unwrap once you

Get the item. No peanuts spilling every

Where. I prefer it over most things. It

Bends easily like paper and is not as

    Thick as cardboard.
