I do I make subliminals work?

I am trying listen to a subliminal to work. I tried listening to it while laying down closing my eyes and meditating while listening to it. I listen to the subliminal three times on youtube but I'am still not getting results plus its very hard for me to concentrate on the subliminal how do I make the subliminal work.
