Black English rhythm?

I'm learning English.

Can a non-black people speak English with black accent if they try? which no body can know you are an non-back in blind.

    Yes, a black accent is not terribly difficult for someone with even minimal training who has a good ear for speech.

    Anybody can learn to speak with any accent, with enough training. Of course it's easier if you have a natural 'ear' for accents. One of my sister drops immediately into the accent of whoever she's speaking to; I can't do it at all.

    An ESL speaker generally fails to speak in any accent other than the foreign accent of wherever they're from, which I'm sure is no different in your native tongue.
