the fact is the panic is worse than the virus

and the demand for other people's money is a big motivator for exaggeration of anything

people look for enemies as excuses for things they cannot mentally deal with 

while there are many bad things about the Red Chinese as a government,, this is not one worth WWIII over 

China's people are getting more freedoms all the time... we should not undo that over something there is no real malice of action 

We now know in Nov they had the first little outbreak. It was serious enough for the WHO to ask questions. The WHO took China's word at the time that everything was under control instead of doing what they are suppose to do. Put boots on the ground and investigate. If at that time the WHO did do their thing, the world may have been warned at that time. All that followed may have been prevented.  By dec, leaks about something going on where coming out, the WHO still did not do their job and go in and investigate. China then stopped travel out of Wuhan to the rest of China, but allowed international travel out of Wuhan to continue. They then proceeded to buy the global supply of PPE  even though they manufacture more then 60% of it already.  China knew, and intentionally planned the spread, the WHO did not do what we give the millions to do. Investigate potential outbreaks and keep the world safe.

They did the cover up, so they are responsible. How is it that it spread all over world, but some of china is still untouched. They allowed it to spread to other countries, but checked their own.

Well, they didn't do it on purpose.  But yes, they are responsible.  If you crash your car into a lamp post, you probably didn't do it intentionally.  But you're still responsible.

How do you define, responsible for spreading it. As in intentionally, no. Accidentally, yes.
