Disagree. You forgot to ask about colonialism, which was far more damaging to Africa (and many other places in the world) than slavery was.  As far as who is doing more for Africa, go get your passport and go visit there.  The answer to "who does more for Africa?" is obvious to those of us who have been there: China and other African nations.
