yes if you go out in public and brag about it to the public.. .. if you sin in Islam (or whatever faith or lack of you have). this sin is between you and God.. yes, you will be punished by God, but God will keep your sin private if you do too... When a person is in an islamic community and goes out and broadcasts their sins.. its like they deliberatly are taunting authority and the rules, why I always wonder. is it to deliberatly get arrested, then yell .. oh poor me.. human rights abuse.... well then just keep your heinous sin a secret and dont blab about it, and no one will find out.. .. however.. id try not to do this in the future..
