Why does the media take everything out of proportion like what there doing with this virus?

Because it gives them something to write about and stir up trouble to sell newspapers of course.

Because it’s a money making business just like 90% of celeb gossip is made up and not true. Something dramatic is more likely to make money off of our society because we love drama, we love creating drama and we love being distracted 

The media loves to sensationalize everything, because they think its good for the ratings.

They need eyeballs.. readers, people clicking on their sites. That’s how they make money.. and a very effective way of doing that is to sensationalize everything. They basically say and show the most outrageous stuff and scare the tar out of everybody to get people to watch or click. Do what I do, I never watch the news. 

Regarding the virus, what have they taken out of proportion?
