If the environment said that it "can't breathe (thro increasing CO2) " is this because it's breathing ok ?

    CO2 is a natural gas, thus, not harmful to the environment.  People have been sold a "bill of goods" by accepting it as a "pollutant".  The more CO2, the more plant life can breathe to produce oxygen.
