Basically yes.  There are nipple-conserving surgeries but even with them implants routinely make it harder to nurse.  If it's important to you to breast-feed then you should postpone optional breast surgery until you're done doing that.

The changes of pregnancy (with or without breastfeeding) can definitely alter the shape of your breasts and make it desirable for you to have your implants redone.  You mostly have to have them redone every 10 years anyway so this isn't necessarily a huge deal.

Depends on the placement of the implant. This needs to be discussed with your surgeon.

These are questions for the plastic surgeon. "Could" and definitely will are two different things. Yes, any surgery could impact your ability to breast feed -- but it shouldn't.  Yes, your breasts will change during pregnancy, breast feeding, and when you are don't breast feed, and those changes could change the way your breasts look (with or without implants). The same is true if you gain or lose a significant amount of weight.

If you are considering getting implants, ask the doctor about all the possible issues and the likelihood of those happening.  Then you can decide if you want to do the surgery now, never, or after you are don't having children.
