Does anyone know what kind of Spider this is?

    Your little friend is a male orb weaver, very harmless. Can't peg the species, you may find females in nearby shrubs, those are easier to ID.

    I find these in the open, I just pick them up and put in bushes out of harms way.

    A bird sees this, it will be a snack.
